What’s one thing you’ve done in the last year — big or small — to protect or strengthen democracy? Showing up to a school board meeting, talking to a neighbor, donating, organizing, running for something. And what’s one thing you wish more Americans would do? Let’s make the invisible visible.

I so think we need to focus on local races and politics. The national situation is really toxic right now, and the propaganda and suppression on social media is really insane. But @evedoster keeps saying that our focus hsould be hyper-local. Less friction, more action. What do you think?
